How it works

Choose an activity (run, walk, cycle, swim — you choose!) and set a goal for yourself, or sign up for an established event in your community. You can participate solo or form a team and invite others to participate with you. Collect donations for every mile, lap, or event you complete! Every dollar raised will help support research, education and programs for those suffering from Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis — two debilitating diseases.
